Senior Media Buyer

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid media activity across multiple brands and platforms. This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role, responsible for managing media budgets, optimising campaign performance and driving profitable revenue growth. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven ability to analyse data, optimise campaigns and maximise return on investment. Key Responsibilities Build, launch and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results. Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies and budget allocation. Test creatives, audiences and campaign structures to identify opportunities for improvement. Scale high-performing campaigns and address underperforming campaigns. Manage monthly media budgets and ensure spend remains within approved limits. Analyse campaign data and optimise ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates and revenue generation. Forecast media spend and expected returns. Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports. Provide actionable insights, recommendations and early identification of risks or opportunities. Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns through paid media. Work closely with internal marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years' paid media experience. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets. Experience within an e-commerce or performance marketing environment. Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel capability. Commercially minded with a strong focus on measurable results. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Advantageous Experience with Takealot Advertising. Experience with Amazon Advertising. Google Analytics experience. Exposure to FMCG, health, wellness or supplement brands.
