Requirements 10+ years Client Services experience preferred (minimum 5 years) inclusive of leadership experience in a marketing agency setting Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience Partners with SMEs to identify client strategy and leads cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders from engagement initiation to completion. Maintains a deep understanding of each clients' industry/segment, consumer profiles, and competitive landscape Cultivates relationships with clients and develops strategic recommendations that solve their business objectives and encourage account growth and acts as the primary contact for client requests, escalations, and conflicts Supports the performance appraisal process for account team(s) Demonstrated managing client profitability, growing client relationships and developing client proposals and SOWs Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and providing developmental feedback Leads client account review and track client revenue goals and projections Leads cross-functional account team efforts to ensure engagement success and completion (as noted above) Demonstrated experience developing program/campaign goals and benchmarking and mastery of program/campaign and project financial management and analysis Delivers quality developmental feedback to Account Managers and Account Coordinator #J-18808-Ljbffr
