Medical Front Office

Job Description Medical Office Admin Onsite | Phoenix, AZ 85037 and Gilbert, AZ 85233 areas Monday through Friday | 8a – 5p Pay rate $16.50 per hour, ($1 increase if bilingual in Spanish) Preferred Qualifications: Previous healthcare experience is preferred. Prior customer service and phone experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries from patients. Handling patients check in/out, scheduling, rescheduling and cancelations. Reviewing and collecting co-payments, pre-authorizations, insurance, and benefits verification. Collaborating and communicating effectively with peers, staff, and physicians. Data entry responsibilities, ensuring patient demographics are up to date. Additional front office duties as required. Qualifications you bring! Prior Medical Front Office, Medical Reception or Healthcare Admin experience preferred. Excels in providing positive customer service, and patient-centric approach. Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to communicate effectively. Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and adaptable to adjust to rapid changes. Ability to work individually and collaboratively, proactive in building teams. Highly detailed, organized and sense of urgency. Strong customer service skills while being highly professional.
