• Guide clients through the buying and selling process with personalized service.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.

COMPENSATION:

Full Commission ($75000 - $150000 yearly)

Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $75000 - $150000 yearly or more. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

The Realty Group – Coastal Virginia was founded in July 2023, but our roots in real estate go back nearly two decades. Our partners, Keith Hinton, Founder, and Heather Roemmich, CEO, both began their real estate careers in 2005–2006 and have spent the last 19 years building deep experience across sales, operations, leadership, coaching, and client service.
