Worum es bei der Rolle geht
Du möchtest dir neben dem Studium oder berufsbegleitend etwas Sinnvolles aufbauen – mit Perspektive?
Bei FINT startest du angeleitet in die Selbständigkeit und wirst Unternehmer, entwickelst Schritt für Schritt Sicherheit in der Beratung und wirst dabei systematisch befähigt, eigenständig zu arbeiten.
Wichtig: Gerade am Anfang gehört Vertrieb/Beziehungsaufbau zur Rolle – weil Beratung ohne Kund:innen nicht funktioniert. Du machst das aber mit Struktur, Leitfäden, Training und Mentoring, nicht mit Druck oder “Kaltakquise um jeden Preis”.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du führst (mit zunehmender Verantwortung) Erstgespräche und begleitest Kund:innen bis zur Umsetzung.
- Du analysierst den Status quo, strukturierst Ziele und bereitest Entscheidungen verständlich auf.
- Du entwickelst Konzepte und Strategien für unsere Kunden
- Du arbeitest mit klaren Prozessen, Tools und Vorlagen – Qualität vor Abschluss.
- Du dokumentierst sauber und sorgst für eine verlässliche Kundenbegleitung.
- Je nach Profil & Entwicklung: Fokus Beratung oder perspektivisch Fokus Teamaufbau.
- Freude an Zahlen, Klartext und daran, Menschen verständlich zu unterstützen.
- Verlässlichkeit, Empathie und ein professionelles Auftreten.
- Interesse an Finanz- und Wirtschaftsthemen.
- Studium oder motivierter Quereinstieg neben deinem jetzigen Job mit Lernbereitschaft.
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. C1).
- Mindset: unabhängig, transparent, ohne Produktagenda.
- Bereitschaft, notwendige Qualifikationen zu erwerben (z. B. §34d GewO – wir unterstützen dabei).
