TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking a Senior HR Manager for North America Shared Services. This role is integral to setting HR strategy and supporting operations across multiple distribution centers in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 in a leadership role, with a strong grasp of multi-state employment laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
