As a new PRN Caregiver & CNA at Christian Care Centers- Allen, you can expect a fulfilling and dynamic workday during the Weekends . Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. You'll foster meaningful relationships with residents, providing companionship and emotional support, while closely monitoring their health and well-being.

Your role may also involve documenting vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff, allowing you to support our residents during the nighttime hours when they need care and assistance the most. • To thrive as a PRN Caregiver & CNA at Christian Care Centers- Allen, a combination of education, skills, and dedication is essential.
• Candidates must have a high school diploma and completion of a C.N.A. (Certified Nurse Aide) course, alongside current C.N.A. certification to provide quality care.
• While no previous experience is required, two years of related experience is preferred for those looking to enhance their impact.
• Proficiency in excellent communication skills is crucial, as fostering rapport with residents and their families is key to delivering customer-centric care.
• Basic computer skills are also necessary for effectively documenting care and communicating with the healthcare team.
