How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead the development of clinical standards and care plans, acting as a strategic resource to empower nursing staff and elevate patient outcomes.
• Direct the implementation of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are secured for a safe, effective healing environment.
• Support team excellence through active supervision and mentorship of nursing staff, fostering a culture of clinical accountability.
• Maintain an Active RN License and clinical leadership experience to ensure all patient care journeys are documented with precision and regulatory integrity.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 3 years experience
• Spine or Orthopedic experience
