Workplace Experience Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join their team. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be part of the Workplace Services department supporting the overall employee experience and office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator

Location: Reston, VA

Pay Range: $25-30/hr

What's the Job?

• Ensure a best-in-class end-to-end workplace experience for all employees and external guests at the designated office site.

• Oversee Workplace Service operations including mailroom, janitorial, food & beverage, copy/print, business supply hub, fitness centers, storage, and employee events.

• Manage in-office food services programs, ensuring healthy options and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate logistics for internal employee events, including catering, setups, and communication.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to create an inclusive and collaborative work environment, ensuring compliance and best practices within the workplace.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in workplace programs, facilities, employee experience, or site management.

• Experience with Event Planning, Good Leadership and team management skills.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new online systems and software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 20-30 lbs as needed (infrequent requirement).

• Exceptional customer service skills involving solving complex issues and actively listening to employee feedback.
