to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and comfortable providing excellent customer service in a busy environment. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors Answer and direct phone calls professionally and respond to internal and external inquiries as needed Schedule appointments and manage calendars Respond to emails and general inquiries Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain accurate records and documentation Support staff with day-to-day office needs Communicate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation Qualifications

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and friendly demeanor Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team We look forward to meeting you!
