We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and comfortable providing excellent customer service in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and respond to internal and external inquiries as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Respond to emails and general inquiries
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support staff with day-to-day office needs
- Communicate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
