Social Media Analyst

Collaborating with creative and strategy teams, the full-time remote Social Media Analyst will support global tech and entertainment brands by providing insights to enhance their social media presence, tracking project KPIs, and translating large datasets into actionable insights. Key responsibilities Partner with teams to elevate clients' social media presence through insights and reporting Track project KPIs and develop a reporting roadmap for brand initiatives across social platforms Manage measurement systems and data collection, recommending opportunities for streamlining Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in social media reporting and insights, preferably with influencer marketing campaigns Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with social media monitoring and management tools Experience with data visualization and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Tableau Ability to conduct high-level analysis and present insights in a consumable format Strong understanding of emerging social trends and platforms
