About The Role As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and ensuring guests leave with confidence. Key Responsibilities Share the magic of our services, products, and wax passes with guests, enhancing the Guest Experience. Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and sales potential. Engage in guest outreach to bring waxing experts back into the community. Software experience preferred. Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Consistently professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to responsibly open and close the center; key holder position. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Consistency in attendance and dedication to reliability. Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods. Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Work Environment Predominantly indoor working conditions. Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment. Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate. Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.
