Assistant Property Manager Reports to: Property Manager Location: Altamonte Springs, FL Units: 144 Salary: $22.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) Housing Benefit: 50% rent discount for onsite living The Oaks of Spring Valley Apartments is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 144-unit residential apartment community located in Altamonte Springs, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
