Associate Director, Strategic Intelligence & Insights

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead strategic intelligence and insights for the Pharma Development & Supply organization. This role transforms raw information into actionable executive intelligence by monitoring environmental signals, synthesizing cross-functional insights, and delivering forward-looking analysis to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external developments across market, geopolitical, regulatory, and supply chain domains affecting organizational priorities
• Synthesize information across operating units to identify patterns, interdependencies, risks, and business implications
• Build and maintain stakeholder networks to enable reliable information flow and integrated strategic perspective
• Develop executive-ready briefings, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership forums
• Assess emerging issues for strategic impact and recommend proactive organizational responses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, analytics, or related field
• 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, supply chain, or strategic advisory
• Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights
• Proven success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills for senior audiences
• Experience creating repeatable reporting processes and analytical frameworks
• Familiarity with risk, strategy, governance, or enterprise cross-functional collaboration

Compensation: Devens, MA: $179,150–$217,083; Princeton, NJ: $162,860–$197,348 (plus discretionary incentive cash and stock)
