Highlights Pay: $86.26/hour Location: New York, NY Facility: NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, 11:00 am to 11:00 pm What You'll Do Place, manage, and troubleshoot complex intravenous lines and vascular access devices. Serve as a resource for hospital units or outpatient clinics. Ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered vascular access care. Provide consultative services for difficult venous access. Offer education and training to staff and patients. Support best practices in vein preservation. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Experience Minimum of 2 years in acute care or infusion settings required. Three plus years in acute care or infusion settings preferred. Licenses & Certifications Current NYS RN licensure required. BCLS and PALS certification required. VA-BC (Vascular Access Board Certified), CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion), or similar specialized credentials preferred. Demonstrated skills in vein preservation and managing difficult IV placements required. Proficient in the use of ultrasound technology for vascular access required.
