Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate with dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed
• Effective follow-up with patient care
• Control flow of schedule and educate patient in office protocols

Required Skills:

• Well versed in dental codes and procedures
• Expert level knowledge of Dentrix, Modento, Yapi, Dental Intelligence
• Computer savvy and MS office
• Clerical and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and phone skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in communication
• College degree
• Organizational skills
• multi-tasker
