Greeter / New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator For over 70 years, we have built our brand on strong family values and a philosophy of serving our guests, team members, and communities with the understanding that every team member is absolutely critical to our success. $15-$18/hour Those with experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail sales are encouraged to apply. Typical responsibilities include: Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff. Coordinating the scheduling and preparation of new vehicle deliveries. Inspecting vehicles before delivery to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready. Explaining vehicle features, controls, infotainment systems, and basic maintenance to new owners. Pairing customers' phones with the vehicle's Bluetooth and helping set up technology features. Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring all required documents are signed. Following up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction. Working closely with the sales, finance, service, and detailing departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
