Non-QM Mortgage Transaction Manager

Our client is an innovative and technology-driven mortgage lender focused on helping real estate borrowers and investors achieve their financing goals. As one of the fastest-growing non-QM mortgage lenders, the company delivers alternative funding solutions and customized services that support growth and success in the U.S. real estate market. They are seeking an experienced Non-QM Mortgage Transaction Manager to oversee the mortgage closing and funding process while coordinating with title companies, attorneys, warehouse lenders, investors, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities Loan Closing & Funding Coordination Work closely with title companies and attorneys to facilitate timely loan closings Coordinate funding activities with warehouse lenders and title companies Ensure all closing requirements are satisfied accurately and efficiently Manage the transaction process from approval through funding Investor & Rate Lock Management Conduct back-to-back rate locks with investors for individual loan transactions Coordinate with investors and internal teams to ensure loan pricing accuracy Monitor transaction timelines and funding requirements Pre-Closing & Post-Closing Administration Coordinate with third-party pre-closing and post-closing vendors to complete required reviews Track outstanding conditions and documentation requirements Ensure compliance with lender and investor guidelines Collateral & Documentation Management Receive, review, prepare, and ship collateral documents to document custodians Maintain accurate loan files and transaction records Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant prior to funding Compliance & Quality Control Maintain compliance with TRID regulations and mortgage industry requirements Review files for completeness and regulatory adherence Support quality control initiatives and process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Closing Manager, Transaction Manager, or similar role Experience working with Non-QM mortgage products Strong understanding of mortgage closing and funding processes Knowledge of TRID regulations and mortgage compliance requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with DSCR loans Experience with rehab loans Experience with ground-up construction loans Experience with multifamily financing Experience with commercial real estate lending transactions Familiarity with warehouse lending processes Key Skills Mortgage Closing Coordination Transaction Management Non-QM Lending DSCR Loans Commercial Mortgage Lending TRID Compliance Rate Lock Management Loan Documentation Funding Coordination Quality Control Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually Incentive: $10 per closed and funded loan Performance-Based Bonus Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Work Location New York City, NY On-site Position #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
