Greenhills Capital Management, located in New York City, is seeking an experienced mortgage loan closing manager. The ideal candidate will work closely with title companies and attorneys to ensure timely closing of non-QM mortgage loans. Applicants should have at least three years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of non-QM mortgages, and knowledge of TRID regulations.
