Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and respond to alarms as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.09 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon06:30 PM - 12:00 AMTue06:30 PM - 12:00 AMWed06:30 PM - 12:00 AMThur06:30 PM - 12:00 AMSun05:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
