Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Checkpoint Coverage in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Officer, you will drive as needed to conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access monitoring and alarm response. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that delivers through teamwork and acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of business areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe personnel and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting suspicious activity and/or policy violations. Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
