Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support controlled access operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and visitor procedures in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable post orders and escalation procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, access-control concerns, and other security-related matters. Minimum Requirements Possess at least two years of security-related experience. Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
