Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Order Taker to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

What you will do:

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for an individual who can delight guests by coordinating Room Service experiences through a detailed and guest-focused perspective. You will receive guest request and communicate directly with the team to deliver the best personal dining experience possible, taking action on guest needs, both express and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Order Takers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you bring:

• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States
