1st Shift Direct Hire Driver - Non CDL 
Location: Kearny, NJ
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm 
Pay: $26-27/hour
FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE

Kelly®is seeking a  Driver  to work with a premier manufacturing client in  Kearny, NJ . 

The Driver is responsible for making short-distance deliveries and pickups of materials between the Kearny facility and nearby locations using company vehicles. The position also assists with loading, unloading, material handling, and general warehouse operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Make multiple deliveries and pickups throughout the workday.
• Transport products and materials using company vehicles.
• Maintain efficient delivery routes.
• Verify required documentation before loading or delivery.
• Ensure materials listed on manifests are properly loaded and delivered.
• Safely load and unload products and materials.
• Maintain organized loading and unloading processes.
• Follow safe transportation and material-handling procedures.
• Assist with warehouse operations when not making deliveries.
• Immediately report vehicle issues, malfunctions, accidents, or incidents to management.
• Work with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and warehouse personnel to maintain required standards.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, operational, and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous delivery or truck-driving experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• CDL is not required.
• Must be able to pass the required DOT driving test.
• Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified.
• Ability to work outdoors and drive in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pull orders and safely load and unload trucks.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 100 pounds when required.
