Duties
Process customer orders accurately using Microsoft Office products and ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping.
Taking inside sales calls and coordinating with fulfilling orders.
Coordinate with the sales team to provide product availability updates and assist with order inquiries.
Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load & unload equipment, adhering to safety standards.
Prepare packages with appropriate materials, ensuring products are secure for transit through proper packaging techniques.
Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, sales , shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
Ability to safely navigate through a warehouse environment
Critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to new practices quickly
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while handling packaging materials and operating equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order accuracy.
