Now Hiring: Full-Time Floor Tech — Upstate, SC
TC Services, a nationally recognized leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Floor Techs to join our team in Greenville, SC . As a CIMS-certified janitorial company based in Greenville, we take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and delivering excellent service.
Position Details- Schedule: Full-time
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Travel is required
- Overnight stays
- Per diem per day
- Location: On the Road (travel between job sites)
- Pay Rate: $18 per hour — paid weekly

- Perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, etc.
- Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment; report worn or broken equipment promptly.
- Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.
- Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work.
- Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team
- Ability to train staff on proper cleaning techniques
- Must pass a drug screen , background check , and E-Verify
- Must be 21+ years old
- Mobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Strength: Lift and push up to 60 lbs
- Carry 10–15 lbs on your back for at least one hour
- Perform repetitive push/pull cleaning motions
- Communication: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
- Travel between job sites as required
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and operation of power floor equipment
- Flexible schedule — may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs
