Retail Sales & Marketing Promotions Associate

High Impact Solutions is growing, and we're looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales & Marketing Promotions Associate. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable sales and marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.

As a Retail Sales & Marketing Promotions Associate, you'll represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions, promotional campaigns, and retail marketing initiatives. We provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement.

What You'll Do

Represent client brands through in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers to educate them on products, services, and current promotions
Create positive customer experiences through professional and friendly interactions
Assist customers in identifying solutions that best fit their needs
Support the execution of retail marketing initiatives and promotional events
Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve campaign goals
Track daily performance metrics and contribute to overall team success
Maintain a professional image while representing clients and company partners

What We're Looking For

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or sales is a plus, but not required
Must be able to commute to campaign and retail locations in the Birmingham area
