Estimator

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Montgomery, AL area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator with a background in Commercial construction , ideally with Retail and Healthcare projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K plan, generous PTO and other outstanding perks. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Estimation experience with Commercial projects Experience with processing estimate forms and preparing budgetary information is a MUST Experience identifying material costs, manpower planning, equipment requirements, interpreting customer specifications and blueprint-reading is a MUST Familiarity of the Construction Process from design to completion, with the ability to clearly communicate to Owners, Architects and Engineers is a MUST Experience with Procore PM , Home Screen Takeoff , and MS Excel is a BIG PLUS PMP Certification ; OSHA 10 or 30 is a BIG PLUS Candidates with Data Center, Energy, or Healthcare (Hospitals, Clinical practices, and Assisted Living) project management experience are highly encouraged to apply.
