In this sales-based role, you’ll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.How You’ll Shine:A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personalityAbility to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitudeWillingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoorsSales or marketing experience (preferred)High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)Ability to work independently and within a team environmentWhat You’ll Bring:High School diploma or equivalent.At least one year of customer service experience.Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Full time availability required to work weekends and Holidays, daytime and nighttime.This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
