Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established Primary Care team in Redding, CA. Both new grads and experienced providers are invited to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• First year Compensation potential up to $ 189,000 , not including wRVU productivity incentive
• Base salary: $142,000 - $157,000
  • Annual Quality incentive up to $6000
  • Up to $10,000 Sign-on incentive
  • Up to $10,000 Relocation incentive available
  • Annual Quality incentive up to $6,000 per year
  • Uncapped wRVU-based Productivity incentive
  • Retirement plan contribution of $11,000-14,000/year (up to 6-9% total employer oncrtibution)
    • up to 3% Retirement plan Match
    • Up to 6% additional Retirement employer-contribution

Job Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
• Completion of state mandated educational courses
• Valid and unrestricted CA driver license
