Senior Digital Analyst - Product Analytics

Location: San Francisco, CA OR Brooklyn, NY

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, with a proven track record of driving site optimization and performance analysis
• Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of e-commerce dynamics, user behavior, and conversion optimization strategies
• Experience with Adobe Analytics as their primary web analytics tool; Able to articulate how they used Adobe Analytics for their current web analytics function
• Proficiency in web analytics tools and domain-specific software to extract, interpret, and leverage data to drive business decisions
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting for reporting and analysis
• Proven ability to present analytics data clearly and effectively to business leaders at the Manager/Director level, translating technical data into actionable business insights
• Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• A curious mindset with a problem-solving approach, using data to identify opportunities for continuous site and conversion optimization
• A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations that impact the customer experience and conversion rates
• Passionate about Ecommerce and retail a plus
