As a Housekeeper at Copper Ridge Health and Rehab, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our resident rooms and common areas. - Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and comfort
- Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
- Perform laundary tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing
- Restock supplies and amenities in resident rooms and common areas
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Work closely with other facility staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects, such as laundry carts or cleaning supplies
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly and safely around the facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid Montana driver's license
