DISPATCH MANAGER

Facilities Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable and organized Facilities Dispatcher to join our team at our Corporate Office in Lake Forest, CA.

No repair or maintenance background is required. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate service requests through the Corrigo system.
• Communicate with technicians, vendors, and internal team.
• Monitor work orders and follow up to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Enter and update information accurately in Corrigo.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook email for daily communication and tracking.
• Provide professional and timely customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to maintenance and service requests.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Corporate Office in Lake Forest, CA.
• No prior repair or maintenance experience is required.

Preferred Candidates:

We prefer candidates who are located in Orange County or the Corona area, due to the daily commute to our Lake Forest corporate office.

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour
