Accounts Manager / Financial Controller

Job Title: Accounts Manager / Financial Controller Location: Miami, Florida JBAndrews is currently partnering with an established and growing food ingredients business to identify an experienced Accounts Manager or Financial Controller to take ownership of the accounting function across several companies within the group. With more than 30 years of experience, the organization supplies high-quality natural ingredients to restaurants, supermarkets, distributors, and customers across domestic and international markets. This is a key leadership opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who is looking to oversee a broad accounting function, support multiple businesses, and become a trusted partner to the owners and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting activities across the group’s operating and rental companies. The role offers the opportunity to lead and develop the accounts department, improve processes, and take long-term ownership of the function as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the accounts function across several operating and rental companies Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Lead, support, and develop the existing accounts team Ensure accurate and timely financial records across the group Manage accounting processes, controls, and reporting requirements Work closely with the owners and CFO on financial and operational matters Provide visibility across the financial performance of the different companies Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders across the business group Support the long-term transition of responsibilities from the existing senior leadership team Adapt the scope of the position according to the successful candidate’s experience and capabilities Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in an Accounts Manager, Financial Controller, Accounts Supervisor, or similar senior finance position Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Experience taking ownership of an accounting function or leading an accounts team Comfortable managing accounts across multiple companies or business entities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work closely with business owners and senior stakeholders A hands-on and adaptable approach to finance leadership Commercially minded, with the ability to understand the needs of different operating businesses Confident improving processes and developing the structure of an accounts department Looking for a long-term opportunity with the scope to grow into broader responsibility This is an excellent opportunity with a growing company! #J-18808-Ljbffr JBAndrews
