Sterile Processing Education & Quality Lead

Job Objective Responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering sterile processing education, orientation and competency programs while leading departmental quality monitoring, compliance auditing, and performance improvement initiatives. Ensures staff competency and adherence to applicable standards and regulations (e.g., AAMI, AORN, ANSI, CDC, and accrediting bodies), supports survey readiness, and partners with leaders to improve outcomes such as quality defects, instrument readiness, documentation accuracy, and workflow reliability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
