NextGen Events Co is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations from concept to completion. Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning and logistics, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of event materials, schedules, and budgets.
• Support on-site event operations to ensure seamless experiences for clients and attendees.
• Provide administrative support to the production team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
