Job Description

As a Production Assistant, you will support day-to-day production activities and help ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will work closely with team members and supervisors, assist with production preparation, maintain organized work areas, track materials and tasks, and provide general operational support where needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and operational activities.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and work areas for scheduled tasks.
• Support team members throughout the production process.
• Help maintain organized, clean, and efficient workspaces.
• Monitor supplies and communicate when additional materials are needed.
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and workplace guidelines.
• Assist with basic documentation, tracking, and production records.
• Identify potential delays or operational issues and communicate them promptly.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.
• Collaborate with different team members to support overall production goals.
