Role Overview In this role, you will lead the fabrication process by skillfully operating cast polymer saws, routers, and CNC machinery. You’ll be responsible for crafting precision trim parts and conducting thorough quality inspections to ensure every piece meets our elite production standards. Responsibilities Operate cast polymer saws and routers Perform daily operator maintenance on assigned equipment and maintain records of that maintenance Fabricate to standards set forth on drawings Measure and inspect parts during processing and finishing to ensure they meet Order Specification within accepted tolerances Perform standard fabrication work including, but not limited to: finished part assembly, trim preparation and assembly, edge preparation, mounting of sink bowls, location of cutouts, and shower base assembly Prepare fabricated parts for shipment and/or installation including final inspection; apply proper labeling to all produced parts Train, certify, and operate forklift/tow motor with onsite trainer (must be certified by Division Manager or Plant Manager) General Requirements Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety protocols. Conduct yourself with integrity and a commitment to our company’s Core Values. Qualifications Proven experience in wood fabrication using various power tools and manual processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Must be able to handle the physical demands of a fabrication environment, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Willingness to be trained and certified on‑site for forklift/tow motor operation.
