You will work directly with ownership and leadership to turn data into decisions and help build a more scalable, efficient business.

This is not a back-office role. This is a business-critical role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Keeping data accurate, organized, and reliable

• Managing reporting, reconciliations, and financial systems

• Building and maintaining KPI dashboards across sales and operations

• Turning data into clear, actionable insights

• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

• Improving systems, processes, and internal organization

• Financials are accurate, organized, and dependable


• Cash flow is controlled and predictable

Who You Are

• You are self-directed and take initiative without being asked

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and basic accounting principles

• Proficiency in Excel and business systems

• Experience with accounting software and/or CRM systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
