Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.As a Field Recruiter you will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies for roles in professional services as well as front line workers/technicians while ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process. This role is responsible for managing all recruitment activities such as maintaining accurate candidate data, and supporting high-volume hiring efforts.You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, supporting offer preparation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience during the recruitment phase.Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.What are the core responsibilities for a Field Recruiter?Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelinesPartner with hiring managers to assist in forecasting headcount needsConduct application review and initial steps within the recruiting processMaintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring processManage candidate movement within the ATS (Workday & Paradox), including dispositioning and status updatesEnsure candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to dateSupport high-volume entry level recruitment efforts and timely candidate movement/dispositioningAssist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelinesProvide positive and professional candidate experienceWhat does success look like?Demonstrates the ability to independently manage a high-volume and/or complex requisition workload while maintaining strong quality, urgency, organization, and candidate experience standardsBuilds strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers by influencing hiring decisions, providing market insight, setting realistic expectations, and proactively identifying talent or process challenges before they escalateMaintains exceptional process discipline and ATS compliance through accurate candidate tracking, timely dispositioning, clean documentation, and consistent adherence to recruiting workflows and operational standardsUtilizes recruiting data, pipeline analytics, and hiring trends to drive decision-making, improve recruiting effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process optimization or efficiency improvementsOperates with a high level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism by driving requisitions forward proactively, communicating effectively across stakeholders, and consistently delivering reliable hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environmentBring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.3-5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learningExperience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferredExperience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferredEducation:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or universitySchedule / in-office requirements:Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.Our office location: Irving, Texas or Portland, MaineBring your goals and be enabled to reach them.Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experienceSchedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM local time zoneBenefits: Check out our benefits offerings here: Neighborly | Benefits GuideFinancial Benefits: Equity and bonus opportunitiesNeighborly is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal or state law.
