Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while overseeing the full-cycle recruitment Drive high-volume recruiting initiatives across multiple business units while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Design and execute strategic recruiting programs, processes, and initiatives that attract top talent and drive organizational success. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract talent for specialized, hard-to-fill, and high-volume positions across the organization. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing workforce demands and future growth. Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on hiring best practices, workforce planning, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies. Monitor recruiting performance metrics and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and candidate experience. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting. Demonstrated success leading high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple locations, business units, or functions. 2+ years of experience leading or managing a recruiting team. Proven ability to develop, implement, and enhance talent acquisition programs within a large organization. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with SAP SuccessFactors preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
