Legacy Bakehouse is a growing food manufacturer with facilities in Waukesha and Cudahy, WI. We are hiring a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our shipping and receiving operations. This is an administrative and coordination role — if you are organized, tech‑comfortable, and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish Respond to emails and coordinate scheduling with internal departments and external partners Scan, attach, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation in the company system Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Maintain organized, accurate records of all shipping and receiving activity Schedule delivery and pickup appointments Assist with customer service inquiries related to shipments Support communication between Spanish‑speaking staff and management Perform general administrative tasks in the shipping and receiving area What We’re Looking For Bilingual — English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak both fluently) 1‑2 years of administrative, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable using computers — email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems Experience with scanners and document management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Dependable, professional, and a team player What We Offer $19‑$24/hr based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Life, AD&D, and Short‑Term Disability Paid Time Off Supportive, team‑oriented culture We are actively interviewing — apply today.
