As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Residential Construction Production Manager to lead our production department. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems, and ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard.

As our Production Manager, you'll oversee the successful execution of all residential construction projects while providing leadership and accountability across the production team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, carpenters, and production staff.
• Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects to ensure they remain on schedule, within budget, and meet our quality standards.
• Own company-wide production scheduling, resource planning, and workload management.
• Support Project Managers by resolving escalated issues and removing obstacles that impact project success.
• Partner with the preconstruction team to ensure projects are fully prepared before construction begins.
• Monitor budgets, job costs, change orders, and project profitability.
• Establish and maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, documentation, and jobsite professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors while maintaining accountability for quality and performance.
• Improve production systems, SOPs, reporting, and operational processes that support long-term growth.
• Partner with company leadership to strengthen accountability, consistency, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is an experienced residential construction leader who enjoys developing people as much as delivering successful projects.

Qualifications include:

• 8+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience.
• At least 3 years leading Project Managers, Superintendents, or production teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable while building a positive culture.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects and competing priorities.
• Experience using construction technology and project management software. Experience with JobTread and CompanyCam is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly to active jobsites.

• Project Managers receive the coaching, support, and accountability they need to perform at a high level.
• Clients experience proactive communication and a professional construction process from start to finish.
• Production systems, scheduling, and workflows become more organized, scalable, and predictable as the company grows.
• Strong partnerships are maintained with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors while protecting profitability and delivering exceptional workmanship.

• $115,000-$125,000 annual salary , based on experience.
