Our non-commissioned and caring sales consultants will take the time to educate and make their customers feel like family. Our fast-paced environment includes sales, repairs, jewelry buying, custom jewelry design and one on one direct interactions. Our sales associates are all certified Diamond Council of America Diamontologists and we continually educate ourselves to be up to date within the industry. On staff we pride ourselves in having GIA Graduate Gemologists for customer and associate education. We value our employee's time and efforts. We strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where each person feels encouraged to contribute to our processes and culture. We strive for excellence in customer service and recognize the importance of customer experience.

: The Clerical Assistant will support our sales and operations teams by performing essential administrative and organizational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys a steady workflow in a fast paced, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally
  • Maintain organized files and records (physical and digital)
  • Process and file customer receipts and invoices
  • Assist with inventory tracking and data entry
  • Support front-of-house staff with light customer service duties as needed
  • Other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous clerical, administrative, or retail experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using office equipment and basic computer software (Excel, Word, POS systems)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle valuable items with care
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
