We’re adding Mill and Lathe talent on our 1st and 2nd shifts. Is this you? Do you thrive moving from a 4-axis mill setup with palletizing to a turning center changeover without missing a beat? Can you interpret GD&T effortlessly, verify every critical dimension with the right gauge, and capture it all on inspection documents? When a reading drifts or a machine alarms, do you loop in supervision immediately and get the process back on track? If so, read on. Your impact Set up and operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills (4-axis with palletizing). Set up and operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning equipment. Load fixtures with blanks or machined parts for the exact operation listed on the job router. Use precision metrology to confirm part conformance; document results on inspection records. Engage supervision when machines fail or measurements move beyond allowable limits. Record daily production, quality outcomes, and scrap counts on the router. Confirm coolant and oil are at proper functional levels before and during runs. What you’ll need Proven CNC background: CNC Turning Centers up to 12 turrets and CNC Mill machines. Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing. AS9100 familiarity is a plus. Ability to read and apply GD&T; strong use of all measuring tools.
