Overview MaineHealth Behavioral Health provides transitional residential treatment for adults, navigating mental health challenges across 12 programs from York to Belfast. As a Residential Care Worker, you will support residents' day to day as they build skills, follow treatment plans, and strengthen community connections that promote recovery and reduce stigma. Req #: 53716 Responsibilities Support residents' day-to-day activities as they build skills, follow treatment plans, and strengthen community connections that promote recovery and reduce stigma. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred. Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.
