What You'll Do

• Manage social media channels including content planning, creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics
• Create and publish engaging digital content across social media, email, and websites
• Plan, produce, and edit video content for digital platforms
• Coordinate weekly email newsletters and targeted marketing campaigns
• Manage audience segments and monitor email campaign performance
• Maintain and update website content in partnership with external agencies
• Support website optimization and user experience improvements
• Lead digital marketing efforts for conferences, events, and major initiatives
• Support pre-event promotion and live event coverage
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and maintain brand consistency
• Mentor student correspondents by providing content direction, editing, and quality assurance
• Monitor digital marketing metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Identify trends and make recommendations to improve audience engagement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of digital marketing, social media, communications, or content experience preferred
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Experience with website content management systems
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
• Experience creating digital content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Video editing, photography, or graphic design experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Creative, collaborative, and self motivated

Full time, Onsite M-F

$22/hr- $26/hr
