Job Description Position: Project Engineer - Construction Location: Sacramento, CA Salary: Depending on experience and education — from $60K to $90K annually Responsibilities Follow projects from design to completion. Engage in engineering or construction management with 1+ year of experience in project management. Assist with developing design concepts, actual designs, and proposals as an added plus. Coordinate and communicate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. Required Skills & Abilities Experience with Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, supervision, organization, and time management skills. Ability to read blueprints (as applicable). Eligible for government security investigation and access to classified information (as applicable). Qualifications Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience in a construction-related position. Experience directing and coordinating construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, including inspection. Knowledge of preparing specifications for purchasing materials and equipment; ability to supervise and train project team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel with possible short-term relocation. Pay & Benefits Competitive salaries from $60K to $90K depending on experience.
