HR Manager, Employee Relations - Live Entertainment

I.M.P.

I.M.P. is seeking an HR Manager to own employee relations across five Washington, DC venues. You’ll be the primary advisor on performance issues, employee concerns, and case resolution in a fast-paced live-entertainment setting that includes three collective bargaining agreements. You’ll ensure fair, timely handling aligned with policies and values. You will guide managers through investigations and progressive discipline, apply bargaining terms daily, and manage leaves and records with Paycom. #J-18808-Ljbffr I.M.P.
