Salary Range: $70- $75/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Actimize SME to support and manage the Enterprise Financial Crime (EFC) / AML ecosystem within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and stabilizing the Actimize platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for the Actimize platform across Production and Non-Production environments
• Manage and support key modules including:
  • Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM)
  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • AML Transaction Monitoring
  • DART reporting (where applicable)
• Perform alert analysis, rule tuning, and threshold optimization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., SOX)
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse/Informatica teams for data feeds, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot batch failures, interface issues, and system performance bottlenecks
• Work closely with DBA teams (Oracle / SQL Server) for query optimization

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with the NICE Actimize AML platform
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • IFM (Intelligent Financial Messaging)
  • RCM (Risk Case Manager)
  • AIS (Actimize Information Server)
  • SAM / CDD modules
• Strong SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience with data warehouse integrations and ETL processes
• Familiarity with core banking system integrations

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Actimize cloud migration initiatives
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning and rule optimization
